Venue Policies
Bag Policy
Bag sizes must be limited to 16 x 16 x 8 and MUST be soft-sided. No exceptions will be allowed for oversized bags: diaper bags (with a young child present) and medical bags. These bags are also subject to visual inspection and search.
First Aid
Spartanburg Regional provides First Aid at Fifth Third Park. The First Aid room is located on the Main Concourse behind Section 106
Lost & Found
Items can be turned in to or retrieved from the Guest Services Booth near the Home Plate Gate.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located throughout the main concourse and are ADA-accessible. Family restrooms are also located throughout Fifth Third Park.
Smoking
Fifth Third Park is strictly a NO smoking facility. Smoking will be allowed outside of each gate and will follow reentry requirements as mentioned above.
Will Call
Tickets purchased and left for pick up at Will Call can be claimed at the Will Call windows at our Ticket Office. Proper identification is required to claim the tickets.
Prohibited Items
- Containers larger than 16 x 16 x 8 inches (must be soft-sided, such as coolers, backpacks, diaper bags)
- Aerosol cans (e.g., sunscreen, bug spray, hair spray, etc.)
- Beach balls and other inflatables
- Glass bottles
- Fireworks
- Firearms or other weapons (e.g., knives)
- Laser devices and pointers
- Skateboards and rollerblades
- Toy guns and knives (including water guns)
- Sticks, clubs, and baseball bats
- Unmanned aerial vehicles
- Noisemaking devices
- Outside food and beverage
The Hub City Spartanburgers reserve the right to refuse additional items at our discretion.
All fans and their belongings are subject to inspection upon entering Fifth Third Park.
