Note: Directions from the South and West avoid crossing train tracks.
From the North
Follow I-26 East toward Columbia. Take Exit 21B to merge onto US-29 N toward Spartanburg. Continue for about 3 miles and turn left onto W St. John St. Follow the road to N Daniel Morgan Ave and turn right. Fifth Third Park will be on your right.
From the East
Follow I-85 South toward Spartanburg. Take Exit 78 and turn left onto US 221/Chesnee Hwy. Continue down US 221/Chesnee Hwy for about 5 miles, then take a slight left onto N Church St. Turn right at E Daniel Morgan Ave, followed by another right onto W Henry St/S 206. Fifth Third Park will be on your right.
From the South
Take I-26 W to Exit 22, merging onto SC-296 E/John B White Sr Blvd toward Spartanburg. After about 3 miles, turn right onto S Daniel Morgan Ave. Fifth Third Park will be on your left, approximately a mile ahead.
From the West
Take I-85 North to Spartanburg. At Exit 66, merge onto US 29 North and continue for about 7.5 miles. Turn left onto W St. John St. Follow the road to N Daniel Morgan Ave and turn right. Fifth Third Park will be on your right.

FAQ
Is Fifth Third Park cashless?
Yes, our venue is cashless. All credit and debit cards will be accepted at concession stands, portable concession stands, and walking vendors.
How does parking work for events at Fifth Third Park?
For all public events, including concerts/shows/festivals/etc, parking locations are subject to a fee determined by the owner of that lot/garage.
For private events, the Events Manager will determine parking. Locations will be assigned based on the event’s location within the ballpark. Fifth Third Park/Hub City Spartanburgers do not own the Parking Garage outside the Left Field Gate. Parking there is subject to a fee that the City of Spartanburg controls.
Can I bring outside food and beverages into Fifth Third Park?
Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue. Please speak with the Events Manager regarding any outside F&B requests for all private events. Empty personal water bottles are permitted.
Is the venue ADA-accessible?
Fifth Third Park is ADA accessible, with elevators to all levels and stairless entry at all gates.
I need to leave the ballpark, but I'm returning. What should I do?
Reentry will be allowed for all public events. All persons reentering the venue will be subject to security screening. All private events will have Guest Services Members and/or Security at entrances to allow for reentry if guests need to leave the venue for any reason.
Visitor Information
All fans and their belongings are subject to inspection upon entering Fifth Third Park. The following items are not permitted into Fifth Third Park:
- Containers larger than 16 x 16 x 8 inches (must be soft-sided, such as coolers, backpacks, diaper bags)
- Aerosol cans (e.g., sunscreen, bug spray, hair spray, etc.)
- Beach balls and other inflatables
- Glass bottles
- Fireworks
- Firearms or other weapons (e.g., knives)
- Laser devices and pointers
- Skateboards and rollerblades
- Toy guns and knives (including water guns)
- Sticks, clubs, and baseball bats
- Unmanned aerial vehicles
- Noisemaking devices
Bag Policy
Bag sizes must be limited to 16 x 16 x 8 and MUST be soft-sided. No exceptions will be allowed for oversized bags: diaper bags (with a young child present) and medical bags. These bags are also subject to visual inspection and search.
First Aid
Spartanburg Regional provides First Aid at Fifth Third Park. The First Aid room is located on the Main Concourse behind Section 106
Lost & Found
Items can be turned in to or retrieved from the Guest Services Booth near the Home Plate Gate.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located throughout the main concourse and are ADA-accessible. Family restrooms are also located throughout Fifth Third Park.
Smoking
No smoking, including e-cigarettes, is allowed inside Fifth Third Park. Smoking will be allowed outside of the Home Plate Gate and will follow reentry requirements as mentioned above.
Will Call
Tickets purchased and left for pick up at Will Call can be claimed at the Will Call windows at our Ticket Office. Proper identification is required to claim the tickets.
